About Carbotero 450 mg Injection

Carbotero 450 mg injection contains Carboplatin, which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-cancer agents. It is used to manage advanced ovarian cancer and small-cell lung cancer. It is generally used with other anti-cancer medications to achieve better results.

Advanced ovarian cancer is a cancer that originates in the ovary and spreads to other parts of the body and small-cell lung cancer is a cancer that occurs in the tissues of the lungs. It is caused mainly by smoking and is characterized by symptoms such as chest pain, coughing with blood, shortness of breath, tiredness, and weight loss.

It contains Lactobacillus, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine, and Folic Acid, which work together to help maintain overall health.

Carboplatin works by interfering with the growth and replication of cancer cells, preventing them from dividing and spreading throughout the body. It does this by damaging the DNA of cancer cells, causing them to die.
