About Cistero 10Mg Injection

Cisplatin Injection infusion concentrate is a clear, colorless, sterile aqueous solution. Each amber vial, available in 50 mL or 100 mL sizes, contains 1 mg/mL of cisplatin, 9 mg/mL of sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH, and water for injection to achieve the final volume of 50 mL or 100 mL, respectively. The pH range of Cisplatin Injection is between 3.8 and 5.9.

Safety Information

  • Pregnancy – Contraindicated: CISTERO 10 mg Injection is not recommended for use in pregnant women as it may harm the unborn baby. Consult your doctor before receiving it. Women of childbearing potential must use effective contraception during therapy and for six months after stopping treatment.
  • Breastfeeding – Contraindicated: CISTERO 10 mg Injection is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before receiving it.
  • Driving and Using Machines – Use with Caution: Do not drive or operate machinery if your ability is affected by CISTERO 10MG Injection.
  • Kidney – Contraindicated: CISTERO 10MG Injection is not recommended for use in patients with severe kidney problems. Consult your doctor before receiving it.
  • Allergy – Contraindicated: Talk to your doctor before receiving CISTERO 10 mg Injection if you are allergic to cisplatin or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Use in Pediatrics – Use with Caution: CISTERO 10 mg Injection should be used with caution in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Consult your doctor before receiving it.
  • Use in Geriatrics – Use with Caution: CISTERO 10 mg Injection should be used with caution in elderly patients aged 65 years or above. Consult your doctor before receiving it.
  • Other Considerations: CISTERO 10 mgInjection is not recommended for use if you have hearing difficulties, a reduced number of blood cells, or severe dehydration.
  • Inform your doctor before receiving CISTERO 10 mg Injection if you have recently received or plan to receive any vaccines.
  • Inform your doctor if you have nerve damage or experience tingling and numbness in your fingers and/or toes.
  • Inform your doctor if you have recently undergone radiation therapy for your head.

How to Use
