Granisetron (3 mg)
Granitero 3 ml Injection contains granisetron as its active ingredient. Granisetron works by blocking 5-HT3 receptors involved in triggering nausea and vomiting. As an antiemetic medication, this injection helps prevent nausea and vomiting caused by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgical procedures. However, it does not relieve other side effects associated with cancer treatments.
