Ozenoxacin executes its mechanism of action by entering into bacterial cells and acting to inhibit the bacterial DNA replication enzymes DNA gyrase A and topoisomerase IV. Ozenoxacin shows broad spectrum bactericidal activity against of S. pyogenes & S. aureus.
