Azithromycin (500mg)
Azithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic administered orally. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic, covering Gram positive, Gram negative and a typical bacteria. Azithromycin inhibits bacterial growth by blocking 50S subunit of bacterial ribosome, thus inhibiting translation of m RNA.
Laz 500 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used in bacterial infections of tonsils, sinus, ear, nose, throat, skin and soft tissues, windpipe and lungs (pneumonia).
