Our Gastrocare Team of Hetero Healthcare held a Managers Development Program (MDP) in Mumbai from 12th to 14th September 2024 to enhance the Skills and Knowledge of Managers needed to lead effectively and drive organisational success.
In MDP, we focused on 5 Pillars - Customer Coverage, Focused Brand Approach, Customer Engagement, Strengthening Distribution Network, and Building enthusiastic team members with the right skill sets to create a robust performance-driven work culture in the Gastrocare Division.
MDP included interactive workshops featuring case studies, group presentations, and opportunities for team members to gain practical skillsets to tackle real-world business challenges more effectively.
