Mesarem 1g Pellets
Mesalazine (as pellets) IP 1 g
Mesarem contains Mesalazine 1 gm Pellets. Mesarem is an anti-inflammatory medication used as a first-line treatment in management of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. It is safe and effective in both induction as well as maintenance of remission of active ulcerative colitis. Dosage: For induction of remission - 4 g once daily. For maintenance - 2 g once daily. The pellets must not be chewed. The contents of the sachet should be emptied onto the tongue & washed down with some water or juice.
