About UPATERO 15 ER Tablets

UPATERO 15 ER is a prescription medicine containing Upadacitinib 15 mg, used to manage selected chronic inflammatory and autoimmune conditions affecting the joints, skin, spine and digestive tract.

Upadacitinib is a Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitor that primarily targets JAK1-mediated signalling pathways involved in immune responses and inflammation.

By reducing selected inflammatory signals, it helps control disease activity and associated symptoms in eligible patients.

Its extended-release formulation provides gradual drug release and is generally administered once daily when the prescribed treatment requires a 15 mg dose.
